Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in buildings, industrial equipment, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime.
- Install, upgrade, and modify electrical components and systems as required for building improvements or tenant requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory of electrical supplies.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineers to address complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Ensure adherence to local electrical codes, company policies, and industry best practices in all tasks.
- Respond to emergency electrical failures and provide on-call support as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of electrical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including single/three-phase circuits, transformers, and motor controls.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, megohmmeters).
- Familiarity with NFPA 70 (NEC) or local electrical regulations (e.g., PUIL in Indonesia).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid electrical license or certification (e.g., Sertifikat Ketenagakerjaan) is a plus.
