In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects, from planning and coordination to quality control and safety compliance. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents for accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
