Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement test fixtures for functional testing of manufacturing components.
- Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of test fixtures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze test data and production issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to optimize fixture performance and testing protocols.
- Document test procedures, fixture specifications, and issue resolutions for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct failure analysis on defective units and recommend design or process improvements.
- Support mass production by ensuring test fixtures meet yield, efficiency, and quality targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in test fixture design and manufacturing automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test fixture design, manufacturing, or production testing, preferably in the electronics or server industry.
- Strong knowledge of test equipment, measurement tools, and fixture fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO standards is a plus.
