Responsibility
- Fabricate and customize high-quality dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, and dentures, using advanced materials and techniques.
- Provide hands-on technical support to the training laboratory, ensuring all equipment and processes meet industry standards.
- Assist customers with after-sales support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering expert guidance on product usage.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to interpret prescriptions and design precise, functional dental restorations.
- Maintain meticulous records of all laboratory work, including case details, materials used, and quality control checks.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and materials to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the laboratory environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and product performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Dental Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Technician, with a strong portfolio of completed cases.
- Proficiency in using CAD/CAM systems and other modern dental laboratory equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity for precision work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with dentists, clients, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of dental materials, their properties, and appropriate applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with infection control and sterilization procedures in a dental lab setting.
