Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with USRN standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical findings, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to deliver remote patient care efficiently.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and local guidelines, to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Active USRN (United States Registered Nurse) license or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or telehealth setting.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
