Responsibility
- Conduct thorough audits of healthcare documentation to ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze data to track performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure organizational adherence.
Qualifications
- Active PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Certification in healthcare quality (e.g., CPHQ) is a plus.
