Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages (espresso, pour-over, cold brew, etc.) to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment with precision and care.
- Create visually stunning latte art and consistently deliver beverages that meet our brand’s aesthetic and taste profiles.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking coffee bean stock, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including workstations, tools, and customer areas.
- Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal drink specials and promote new menu items.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista (minimum 1-2 years) in a high-volume café or specialty coffee shop.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in drink preparation, presentation, and consistency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Creative mindset with a passion for latte art and coffee innovation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
