As an SK-II Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, educating clients on our premium skincare solutions, conducting personalized consultations, and building long-term relationships with discerning customers. This contract-based role offers a competitive salary (IDR 5.7M–6.2M/month), professional growth in the beauty industry, and the chance to work in some of Bali’s most exclusive retail locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, and Nusa Dua.
Responsibility
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, identifying their needs and recommending SK-II products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to showcase SK-II’s efficacy and benefits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of SK-II’s product portfolio, ingredients, and skincare trends.
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and CRM tools.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including display setups and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotions, events, and brand activations.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (luxury brands preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for skincare and beauty with a willingness to learn about SK-II’s products.
- Proven sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, CRM tools, or inventory management).
