Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions, ensure proper invoicing, and maintain cash drawer compliance.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and data security.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or in a customer-facing role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong numerical and basic arithmetic skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
