Responsibility
- Complete a structured training program covering all operational and strategic aspects of the business.
- Assist in daily operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and improve business processes.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and present reports on key performance metrics and operational efficiencies.
- Participate in leadership workshops and professional development sessions.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in retail or FMCG is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
