Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Adidas products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with Adidas standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for fashion, sportswear, and the Adidas brand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
