United Neon Advertising Inc. is a leader in the outdoor advertising industry, and we are looking for a dedicated Sites Specialist to join our team in Davao. In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that our advertising structures are managed efficiently, compliant with regulations, and positioned for maximum impact.
You will work closely with contractors, local government units, and internal teams to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our sites—from permit acquisition and development to ongoing maintenance and reporting. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end development and maintenance of advertising sites across the region.
- Coordinate with contractors and third-party service providers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Handle the application and renewal of permits and ensure 100% compliance with local and national advertising regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate structural integrity and visibility.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and project updates for management review.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Manage site-related documentation, including contracts, lease agreements, and compliance filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site management, project coordination, or field operations.
- Strong knowledge of local government permit processes and zoning regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills for dealing with contractors and stakeholders.
- High proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
