Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and local regulations (e.g., CIDB, OSHA).
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and equipment to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to ensure team competence and project success.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or project management for construction projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and local permits is advantageous.
- Certifications in OSHA, CIDB, or similar are highly desirable.
