Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.
- Manage and administer contracts, including tendering, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project requirements and specifications.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
