Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local and international construction regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financials, and key metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and maintain strong business relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and construction software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, forecasts, and operational metrics.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
