Responsibility

- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain efficient workflow.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to minimize delays.
- Ensure all construction materials and equipment meet project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction supervision or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
