Responsibility
- Assist in developing and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve on-site challenges and optimize workflows.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, internships, or project coordination (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities (English and Indonesian fluency preferred).
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar).
- Passion for sustainable construction practices and innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
