As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and contractual success of our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. If you have 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or project management, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of CAD or Planswift, we want to hear from you!

Responsibility
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs to ensure accurate material and labor calculations.
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to monitor project progress and costs.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in tendering processes, including preparing bid documents and evaluating supplier quotations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CAD or Planswift.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
