As a Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with local and international construction standards. Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
- Monitor project financials, including cost estimation, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
