Responsibility
- Lead and manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and submissions.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate quantity take-offs for construction projects.
- Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to secure the best terms and pricing.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring legal and commercial compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide expert advice on cost-saving measures and value engineering.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for financial and contractual purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or tender management, preferably in industrial or building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and tendering processes.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Bali.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
