Responsibility
- Manage all quantity surveying and contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide expert advice on cost-saving measures and value engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
