Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, including cost tracking, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Source and manage construction materials, equipment, and tools to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or delays proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and project management tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia (Bali region preferred).
- Certification in OSHA, First Aid, or HSE is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
