Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction and renovation activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including contractors, laborers, and subcontractors, to maintain productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage material and equipment procurement, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure working environment.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction, renovation, or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills to handle client interactions and on-site challenges.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certification or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
