Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Train and supervise on-site teams to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation of all site activities, including permits, inspections, and material deliveries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, SNI).
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
