Based in the vibrant heart of Denpasar, Bali, you’ll collaborate with a forward-thinking team, leveraging your expertise in quantity surveying, contract administration, and site management to drive project success. Whether it’s residential, commercial, or civil construction, your role will be pivotal in optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining profitability while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibility
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Supervise on-site teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to maintain quality control, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring favorable terms and dispute resolution.
- Perform value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or performance.
- Track and report financial performance, variations, and cost savings to senior management.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align technical and financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction supervision, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, WinQS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, or local standards) and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proven track record in budget management, risk assessment, and conflict resolution.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) as required.
