Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Implement and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols to maintain superior workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects, and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on progress, non-conformities, and resolution plans to senior management.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to foster a culture of accountability and risk awareness among teams.
- Manage material deliveries, inventory, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on QA/QC in civil construction.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from groundbreaking to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials testing, and defect prevention.
- Certifications in OSHA, ISO 9001, or similar QA/QC standards are highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project tracking and documentation.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
