Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Develop and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities.
- Conduct cost planning and budgeting for projects.
- Monitor and report on project expenditures and financial performance.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and submit payment claims and variations.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify measurements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and standards in Indonesia.
