Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of site engineers, foremen, and laborers to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and material procurement.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
