Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct lifting studies to ensure safe and efficient material handling on-site.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring availability as per project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of lifting studies and safe material handling practices.
- Experience in project scheduling and the use of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Bali, with flexibility to travel as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
