Join Terasmaju as a Site Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical) for TNB Grid Projects in Bali. Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for TNB substation and building projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards in all on-site activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to align on project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on work status, challenges, and resolutions.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Enforce compliance with local regulations, TNB guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to on-site teams to enhance performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E supervision, preferably in substation, power distribution, or grid projects.
- Proven track record of managing TNB or similar utility-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV/LV installations, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, PPE, LOTO) and quality management systems (ISO, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to project locations.
