As our Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction and engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end management of construction and engineering projects, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with design specifications.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to enhance project outcomes and business reputation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and sustainable practices in construction methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction and engineering industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices, with experience in steel structures being advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
- In-depth understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
