Responsibility

  • Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain BIM models (Revit/Autodesk) for plumbing, sanitary, and MEP systems at all project stages (preliminary, construction, and as-built).
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless MEP integration.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing and sanitary systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports, cost estimates, and material takeoffs for project planning and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards (e.g., green building certifications).
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for MEP-related tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BIM and MEP engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, plumbing design, or BIM coordination in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360; certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing, sanitary, and drainage systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and green building standards (e.g., Greenship, LEED).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
