Responsibility
- Conduct daily onsite supervision of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and report deviations, risks, or delays to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Enforce strict compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and document findings for audits and client reviews.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including progress updates, incident logs, and resource utilization.
- Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a zero-accident culture onsite.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision for M&E works, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, blueprint reading, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards (K3), and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung, Bali as required.
