In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and oversee electrical systems for large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects. From concept to completion, you’ll ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC, etc.), optimize energy efficiency, and deliver solutions that align with AECOM’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, etc.) for diverse projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and short-circuit analyses to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and clients to integrate electrical solutions into project plans.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet deliverables and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (PLN, PUIL) and international codes (IEEE, NFPA).
- Perform site inspections and commissioning tests to validate system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (e.g., Sertifikat Keahlian in Indonesia).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux; BIM experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchgear, transformers, and renewable energy integrations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a bonus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LEED, Green Building standards, or smart grid technologies is highly desirable.
