Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Support the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines using industry-standard tools.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project specifications and deliverables.
- Review and verify technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in material procurement, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and provide on-site support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in construction or engineering is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering software.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and clients.
- Familiarity with project management principles and construction methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
