Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including contractors, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets technical specifications and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and architects to clarify project requirements and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, site logs, and documentation for project tracking and audits.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents on-site.
- Manage material and equipment procurement, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in engineering or large-scale projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards (OSHA), and local regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional travel.
