Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Manage on-site personnel, including assigning tasks and resolving operational issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement efficient work plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with local construction codes and standards in Indonesia.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
