Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and handover of racking and storage system projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee cost control and financial reporting, optimizing expenditures while maximizing project profitability.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local/regional construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical challenges and streamline workflows.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify alignment with design specifications and client requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, post-project reviews, and lessons learned to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction, industrial storage, or racking systems sector.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and BIM tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, local regulations) and quality assurance processes.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
