Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including contractors, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues or delays to management.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Resolve on-site challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and materials to optimize project costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
