Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee site operations, including safety compliance, resource allocation, and problem-solving to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety protocols, and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff to foster professional growth and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional license as a Civil Engineer (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
