Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and assessments to determine project feasibility, boundaries, and topographical conditions.
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to architectural plans, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design or structural issues during execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and AutoCAD designs for accuracy and compliance with local building codes.
- Monitor project progress, inspect workmanship, and enforce quality control standards to meet client specifications.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits, approvals, and inspections for construction projects.
- Document and report on project status, risks, and deviations, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed on-site to minimize hazards and liabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Surveyor or Construction Supervisor, with a focus on low-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant surveying/design software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction landscape and experience working in tropical or coastal environments is advantageous.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PNSI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to prepare reports and communicate with international clients.
