Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, contractors, and laborers to achieve project milestones.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to local and international safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, government agencies, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry and client specifications.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and compliance documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role on large-scale projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in managing commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and BIM software. Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations is advantageous.
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive productivity in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and present to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a talent for identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel to project sites across the region as needed.
