Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects in Bali.
- Conduct tender evaluations, negotiate with contractors, and recommend award decisions.
- Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Administer contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and enforcing terms to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Perform value engineering assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and financial forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in international or large-scale construction projects.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy, or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC standards, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or with multicultural teams is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is advantageous.
