Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to prevent shortages or delays.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, or similar role in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of resolving on-site conflicts or delays efficiently.
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions and travel between sites in Bali.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Construction Management, OSHA 30) is a plus.
