Responsibility
- Prepare and manage progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts for construction and solar energy projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and budget tracking to ensure projects remain financially viable.
- Evaluate and process subcontractor claims, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide cost-effective solutions and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in tendering processes, including cost estimation and bid preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all financial and contractual matters.
- Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Experience with TNB or solar energy projects is a plus.
