Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting risks, delays, or deviations.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are procured and utilized efficiently to avoid wastage.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, including conflicts, technical challenges, or resource shortages.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to clarify requirements and adjust plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bali as required.
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) is highly desirable.
