Responsibility
- Conduct accurate land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions of land boundaries.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project alignment.
- Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for land use and development.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all surveying activities.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
- Assist in resolving land disputes by providing expert surveying insights.
- Document and archive survey findings for future reference and legal purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in construction or land development.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and GIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of local land laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid certification or license in land surveying is a plus.
