Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and zero-harm policies to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with building codes, quality standards, and design plans.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including documentation of work completed, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.
- Lead, mentor, and train construction teams to enhance productivity, skill development, and teamwork.
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to prevent delays and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record in managing residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering plans.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
