Responsibility
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Monitor construction progress and report discrepancies or deviations to project stakeholders.
- Verify the quality of materials and workmanship, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs and measurements, for internal and client review.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Liaise with local authorities and certification bodies for inspections and approvals.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams to optimize construction efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site inspection, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across Bali.
