Responsibility
- Directly supervise and coordinate the work of on-site construction teams to ensure adherence to project timelines, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, method statements, and quality control standards.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, including progress updates, resource allocation, and incident logs.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or delays efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are available, properly stored, and used according to project requirements.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and workers to uphold company standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a site supervision or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
